Inauguration of Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Centre in Hatisila, Chandrapur by Recovery Wellness Society

The Recovery Wellness Society has established a Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Centre in Hatisila, Chandrapur, Kamrup Metro, that will tend to substance-related issues and promote recovery throughout the region. Sri Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta, IPS (Retd.), former DGP of Assam and presently the Chief Information Commissioner of Assam, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, along with Smt. Swapnali Mahanta. It had the honour of attending Sir Jayanta Kr. Das, Assam State BJP Vice President, as Guest of Honour. Other important guests included Miss Kenei Ritse (Miss Northeast), Sri Bendang Imsong (SLCA, Nagaland & Arunachal Pradesh), Smt. Priyanka Bhattacharjee (Psychologist), Smt. Geetashree Konwar (Human Rights Worker), and Smt. Mousami Didi (Brahmakumari). The Recovery Wellness Society thanked all dignitaries from the core of its heart and promised all re-dedication to building a drug-free society.
