You Matter’ Program Raises Awareness on Substance Abuse and Mental Health in Dirang

The Recovery Wellness Society, together with ACTS and the District Administration, District Police, Mother Kelsang Choikey Welfare Society successfully organized, the “You Matter” program focusing on Substance Abuse and Mental Health, which took place in the course of the day.

Prominent speakers included: Sri. Lakhpa Tsering (Chief Guest), Rinchin Dhundup (Anti-Drug Chairman), Kenei Ritse (Miss Northeast) and Anupam Rohit (Project Head). The audience was presented with several discussions and talks designed towards the reduction of the shame and blame associated with addiction.
